Registration Plan 1: USD $2,095.00 - Includes One Delegate Badge
ALL BOOTH OPTION FEES AND DELEGATE FEES INCREASE $100 after July 6, 2012

ONE BOOTH (3m x 2m) with up to 40 appointments (one appointment book), one table, four chairs, and a sign. One Appointment Book with up to 20 appointments per day

NOTE: The total number of appointments is not guaranteed and is based on the Buyer interest in your Company.

 

Registration Plan 2: USD $2,620.00 - Includes Two Delegate Badge
ALL BOOTH OPTION FEES AND DELEGATE FEES INCREASE $100 after July 6, 2012

ONE BOOTH (3m x 2m) with up to 80 appointments (two appointment books), two tables, six chairs, and a sign. Two Appointment Books with up to 40 appointments per day

The booth size is the same as Registration Plan 1, but with one additional table and chairs.

Additional delegate is included in this registration option since you have two appointments books and can possibly have two Buyers at your booth at the same time.

NOTE: The total number of appointments is not guaranteed and is based on the Buyer interest in your Company.  If your office did not attend the event this past year, or if you did not have a full 40 appointment schedule this past year, then we do not suggest you registering under this option.

Each additional badge is $225 per delegate on or before July 6, 2012. After this date, delegate badge fees increase to $325 per delegate.
