Supplier Accommodations - Suppliers are responsible for their own reservations at participating hotels and are eligible for the rates below throughout the event. Program nights are September 22, 23, and 24, 2010. Please contact the hotel of your choice directly. Ground transportation will be available only from the below host hotels. We do not recommend to wait until the deadline to confirm your hotel arrangements since many hotels will fill up fast. The deadline for making reservations at the special rate is August 13, 2010. Thereafter, reservations will be based on rate and space availability. Rates are in US Dollars.
Rates DO NOT include breakfast, service fees, gratuities, or incidentals unless otherwise noted.
All hotels have a 10% service charge and 19% IGV (legal tax). NOTE: Non resident foreigners are exempted of the 19% tax upon presentation of valid Passport and entrance stamp at time of check-in.
