Supplier Accommodations - Suppliers are responsible for their own reservations at participating hotels and are eligible for the rates below throughout the event.  Program nights are September 12, 13, and 14, 2012.  Please contact the hotel of your choice directly.  At the hotel's request, you may be required to email or fax a copy of your confirmation letter as verification of registration for the event. 

Ground transportation will be available only to/from the below host hotels.

We do not recommend to wait until the deadline to confirm your hotel arrangements since many hotels will fill up fast.  The deadline for making reservations at the rates below is July 31, 2012. Thereafter, reservations will be based on rate and space availability.  Rates are in US Dollars.

Rates DO NOT include breakfast (unless noted), service fees, taxes, gratuities, or incidentals.
