HOTEL ASSIGNMENTS - Reservations for the program dates of September 22, 23 & 24, 2010 only, will be made for each Buyer, by William H. Coleman, Inc. (WHC, Inc.), upon receipt of your registration form and payment. Please contact our Sales Department for your assigned hotel - sales@whcoleman.com.
NOTE: Accommodations do not include breakfast, service fees, gratuities, or incidentals.EXTENSION RATES FOR BUYERS - For accommodations prior to or after the program dates, Buyers must make reservations directly with the hotel of their choice. The rates below are for all participating hotels and are valid 3 nights prior (September 19-21, 2010) and 3 nights after (September 25-27, 2010) the program dates. At the hotel's request, you may be required to fax a copy of your confirmation letter as verification of registration for the event. Rates are in $USD. There is a deadline on these rates of August 13, 2010.
Rates DO NOT include breakfast, service fees, gratuities, or incidentals unless otherwise noted.
All hotels have a 10% service charge and 19% IGV (legal tax). NOTE: Non resident foreigners are exempted of the 19% tax upon presentation of valid Passport and entrance stamp at time of check-in.
