The following airline discounts are for Registered and Confirmed TravelMart LatinAmerica delegates only. Any passengers obtaining these discounts and not registered for the event are subject to cancellation of their tickets. Flights are very full this time of the year - so we suggest that you arrange your airline transportation as soon as possible.
NOTE: Airport transfers from Lima International Airport (LIM) to Host Hotels are available on the official Arrival Days of September 21 and 22 ONLY and return transfers on September 25 ONLY. If you are arriving or departing other days, please contact your hotel for recommended transportation from/to the airport.

LAN will be offering discounts on international flights to Lima (LIM) for the 34th annual TravelMart LatinAmerica taking place September 22, 23 & 24, 2010. LAN encourages delegates to book their flights as soon as possible since flights are looking full this time of the year.

Please have your assigned Registration Number ready (Example: S-### or B-###) and a copy of your TMLA 2010 confirmation letter in case it is requested to be sent by email or fax for ticketing.
American Airlines - Official TravelMart LatinAmerica Airline
American Airlines is pleased to support William H. Coleman, Inc. by providing discounted airline transportation for Registered and Confirmed delegates attending the 34thd Annual TravelMart LatinAmerica taking place in Lima, Peru, September 22, 23 & 24, 2010. American Airlines encourages delegates to book their flights as soon as possible since flights are looking full this time of the year.
American Airlines will be offering the following round trip airfares to Lima, Peru (excluding taxes/surcharges):
· $275 USD from the USA and Canada
· $375 USD from the Caribbean and Mexico
· $500 USD from Europe, Asia, the Pacific, and Latin AmericaIMPORTANT!! These fares on American Airlines DO NOT include taxes and surcharges or $30 AA Ticketing Fee. You must call AA to obtain these taxes and fuel surcharges that are in addition to the base fare. Fuel Surcharges can be as much as the base fares depending on your country of origin.
The following Conditions/Restrictions apply:
· Travel is authorized for the dates of Sept 11 - Oct 10, 2010 ONLY.
· Tickets are not refundable and changes cannot be made once issued.
· Tickets must be issued by AA and are valid on AA only - no codeshare or one world carriers.
· Travel is valid in coach class only with no upgrades.
· No deviations or stopovers allowed.
· No AAdvantage mileage may be accrued.
· All passengers must have a Registration Number (provided by William. H. Coleman, Inc.) at the time of booking.
· Booking Class Q Only
· Advance purchase by August 31, 2010 is required.
· A $30 USD Ticketing Transaction Fee will apply per reservation.

Tickets must be booked and issued by American Airlines. IMPORTANT!!! Before calling American Airlines, you need to be sure of your travel dates. These tickets are non-refundable and changes CANNOT be made.Registered Delegates traveling from the USA and Canada must contact American Airlines Meeting Services at 1-866-269-5008 and Refer to Star File: S6490AE. Please have your assigned William H. Coleman, Inc. Registration Number ready (Example: S-### or B-###). A $30 USD Ticketing Transaction Fee may apply per reservation - charged by American Airlines.

TACA Airlines - Participating Carrier
TACA Airlines is pleased to support this year's Travel Mart LatinAmerica being held September 22, 23, & 24, 2010 in Lima, Peru by proving one (1) complimentary ticket to companies that have contracts with TACA (TACA Wholesalers or TACA Vacations). The number of complimentary tickets is limited so we urge you to arrange your tickets as soon as possible.
For Buyers and Suppliers that DO NOT have contracts with TACA, TACA Airlines will offer a special “Trade Show Fare” from North, Central and South America to Lima, Peru. These fares DO NOT include the “queues” nor local taxes. The number of discounted tickets is limited so we urge you to arrange your tickets as soon as possible.

Open Jaws and Stopovers are NOT permitted - only travel to Lima.
Tickets are NOT refundable.
Procedures for ticketing with TACA Airlines:
1. TACA Wholesalers/TACA Vacations, Buyers, and Suppliers must be registered to attend TravelMart LatinAmerica in Lima.
2. Delegates should send their request directly to Glenn Heilbron ( Glenn.heilbron@taca.com ) with the following information:
Name as it appears in your passport
Route of travel
Date of travel (departure and return)
Confirmation letter provided by WHC, Inc. for your attendance at TMLA.
ALL OF THE ABOVE MUST BE SUBMITTED DIRECTLY TO GLENN HEILBRON.
3. It is IMPORTANT to note these tickets are only positive space if CLASS E is available.
4. If CLASS E is NOT available, then tickets are "Stand By" or subject to space.
5. Once your complimentary ticket (TACA Wholesalers/TACA Vacations only) or "Trade Show Fare" is approved, delegates can call their local TACA Call Center (in or near your city of origin) to make payment of the ticket, taxes, ticketing queues and fuel surcharges.
