Registration Update #2 - June 24, 2010 
For Registered and Confirmed Suppliers

Thank you again for registering to attend the 34th Annual TravelMart LatinAmerica, September 22, 23, 24, 2010 in Lima, Peru at the Real Felipe Fortress. We are very pleased that you will be joining us for what we believe is the most essential business development event of the year for Latin America Tourism.

This is the second update that we are sending to registered and confirmed Suppliers. If you registered before May 6th, your office would have received the first update. If your office did not receive this update, or if you registered after this date, simply click on the link to the left for Registration Update #1 to access some important information that will help you plan your trip.

We would like to use this update to get you better prepared for when the Online Directory and Appointment Scheduling is available in August.

The Online Directory with instructions on how to request appointments will be available August 11, 2010 and your office will have 2 to 3 weeks to submit requests. As you may already know, our “Select Match” Appointment Request System schedules only Buyer/Supplier perfect match requests and Buyer requests.

Remember… Suppliers are responsible for marketing their Company to Buyers!!! When the Online Directory is available, it is very important for Suppliers to contact the Buyers they want to meet and ask them to request an appointment using the online appointment request system.

Please contact William H. Coleman, Inc. staff at sales@whcoleman.com to obtain a preliminary list of Buyers who have already confirmed their attendance. Take some time in the upcoming weeks to visit their website to get a better idea of what they offer to their clients so that you are better prepared for when the Online Directory is available to you in August. We will send your office another update mid-July with any changes and additional Buyers who register.
