“E-Alerts” For Registered Delegates

The 1,000 Travel Industry Professionals who are attending TravelMart LatinAmerica will be able to receive the latest Schedule of Events information and other important announcements leading up to the event and during the Event by E Mail. Wi-Fi service at the convention center will enable Delegates to receive “Delegates Only” information on their lap-top’s and “smart phones” during business hours as well. This service will enable us to keep everyone informed, and will help keep TravelMart LatinAmerica 2012 “green.” All registered delegates who want to receive “E-Alerts" must enroll for this “no charge” service. 

NOTE: The email address provided on your registration form is automatically be enrolled for this service, but please advise us of any other delegate email or personal email that should be included in this service.
